High-precision, ultra-thin cutting resin abrasive wheels are mainly used with cutting machines and dicing saws, mostly imported CNC equipment. Dicing saws mostly use integral cutting wheels, with high speeds and shallow cutting depths; cutting machines have a wider range of applications, capable of both cutting and precision slotting. The basic requirements for machine tools using high-precision, super-hard cutting resin abrasive wheels are as follows:
1. High Rigidity: The machine bed, wheelhead, feed system, and other components require high static and dynamic rigidity, generally 50% higher than ordinary grinding machines;
2. High Precision: The abrasive wheel spindle precision must be higher than that of ordinary grinding machines, generally requiring spindle runout ≤0.002mm, radial runout ≤0.003 mm;
3. High Speed: The general speed is adjustable between 3000~60000r/min;
4. Good Vibration Resistance: Bearings and the machine bed should have good vibration absorption performance;
5. Flexible Feed System: The system operates smoothly, with high precision and adjustable speed;
6. High Degree of Automation: Features such as automatic tool setting, automatic monitoring, and automatic compensation;
7. Sufficient Cooling: Multiple nozzles can provide high-flow, high-pressure cooling.
